Jocelyn Ramirez created Todo Verde to provide the Latinx community with healthy and savory plant-based dishes that they could connect with. Today, the catering company aims to create lifestyle shifts in healthy eating through a variety of affordable plant-based options in neighborhoods all over Los Angeles and beyond.
